    Thanks a lot guys!

I'll check if we can allocate R&D resources on our part to support your language.

In the meantime, there is something about translation that you must know -- it's not a one time effort; it's an ongoing thing. We update Snaptu every week, sometimes a few times a week, so some messages change and therefore have to be re-translated. If the translator is not interested in keeping the translation current on a weekly basis, then the translation will quickly become irrelevant, age, and die.

I don't want to put you off and it's true that the first time translation effort is the bigger chunk of work. Later it's only the differences which are typically much smaller. But again, it's an ongoing thing. It would be a waste of your (and our) time to translate unless you commit to maintaining your translation on a (more or less) weekly basis, and thus keep it "alive". Just thought it's fair to let you know how it works.

If you DO want to commit to your translation, then make sure you adjust the size of your commitment to something you're comfortable with. Say, you can translate only some of the apps, or share the translation effort with a friend.

If I didn't scare you enough and you're still interested, just drop me a line

I think you didnt scare me

But explain me how it works. Cause I check mij gmail mail several times every day of the week. So if its something like you mailing me a list of sentences and words to translate, sure no problem. If i get your mail then, you get a translation the same day.

Guys, I'm afraid that the translations for Portuguese and Dutch will have to wait a bit. Our translation system is still not complete so translations require some manual work from our R&D team. Unfortunately we cannot allocate R&D resources for Portuguese and Dutch at this time. We would love to support those languages so you are encouraged to check back on us in a few months.

    Sure, no problem Barak.

But if i can do some work in advance, give me a list of commands or sentences or words to translate, and ill translate.

Starting too much in advance is not advised since a good portion of the work can go awaste (due to changes).

However, I'll try to keep it in mind and give you a notice some time before our translation system reaches maturity.
